Apify review70 of 100, good
A platform, not a per-request API: $5 of free usage a month, Starter at $19 plus pay as you go, compute at $0.20 a unit, and 70,495 ready-made scrapers in its store.

The price of a page depends on which Actor fetches it and how much compute it burns, so no per-1,000 figure fits. What is public is the platform ladder: a free $5 of monthly usage, three paid tiers whose fee is also their usage credit, compute from $0.20 down to $0.13 a unit, and the add-ons.
Best for: Teams that want ready-made scrapers for named sites and a place to run their own, rather than a single fetch endpoint.
Starter is $19 a month with $19 to spend and compute at $0.20 a unit; Scale $199 at $0.16; Business $999 at $0.13; annual billing 10% off. The cost per page depends on the Actor and its compute, so it cannot be put per 1,000 here.
70,495 Actors in the store, an anti-blocking layer, proxies, integrations, an MCP server, the open-source Crawlee library and a way to build and monetise your own, per the site.
No success rate, latency or concurrency figure on the pricing page; concurrent runs are a $5 per run add-on, RAM $1 per GB.
An API with an OpenAPI reference, webhooks, a CLI, SDKs for Python and JavaScript, an MCP server and integrations, per the documentation.
Plan fees, usage credits, compute rates, add-on prices and discounts are public; what a given scrape costs is only knowable per Actor.
A free plan with $5 of monthly usage and no card, monthly or annual billing; refund terms were not on the pages read.
Every scraper in the database on one axis, rank 6 of 14. The zones are the grades.

Why there is no per-1,000 price
A page on Apify is fetched by an Actor, a program in the store or your own, and billed by the compute it consumes plus, for many store Actors, a price the author sets per result. Two Actors scraping the same site can cost different amounts. The ranking table on this site therefore shows Apify's plan fee where other vendors show a per-1,000 figure; the comparison to make is per Actor, on its store page.
Integration and terms
The API reference is published with an OpenAPI specification and covers webhooks; the site names a CLI, Python and JavaScript SDKs, an MCP server and the open-source Crawlee library. Terms: no card for the free plan, monthly or annual billing. A refund policy was not on the pages read.

The most legible pricing in this database: the plan card prints the price per 1,000 credits, the documentation prints what each request type and each named domain costs, and only successful requests count. A 99.98% success figure on the homepage is a claim, not a method.
The pricing table answers the question every other vendor makes you compute: standard proxies, standard with JavaScript, premium proxies, premium with JavaScript, each priced per 1,000 requests on each plan, with the rate limit beside it. A free starter plan and a 14-day money-back line finish it.
The credit table is the review: a plain request is one credit, the default headless-browser request five, premium proxies ten, both together twenty-five, stealth proxies seventy-five. Cheap for plain fetches, ordinary once JavaScript and premium proxies are on.
