What to send
Links, nothing else. We don't take demo calls, decks or trial credits; a review is built from what a buyer can read without an account, so that's what we read.
- The public pricing page, with plan sizes, overage and the credit cost of each feature.
- Where you state success rates, latency, concurrency and rate limits, if you do.
- The API documentation and the SDK pages.
- The page that states the free trial, minimum plan, payment methods and refund terms.
- A status page or uptime statement, if you publish one.
What happens next
The submission goes on hold and we write to your contact email with the one thing we ask before writing: a link from your site to this one, a badge or a line on a partners page. Then we read the pages, quote them with the date, rate the six criteria and publish the review with the score the rubric produces. The review links to your site and to each page we quoted. You'll get the URL when it's live.
If a figure is wrong because we misread a page, send the URL and we fix it the same day. If a figure is wrong because your page is out of date, update the page and tell us; we re-read it and the review shows the new number and the new date.
What doesn't change a score
Money, in any form. Traffic. Asking. The only thing that moves a score from your side is publishing the number: a vendor that prints its limits on its pricing page rates higher than one that says fast, and a vendor whose price list is on the marketing site rates higher on transparency than one whose list is behind a login or a 404.
